Nazbel Fireproofing successfully completed a major cementitious fire coating project at AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. of AKH Group in 2019, covering 78,000 sqft of structural elements. Our team deployed high-performance fire-resistant coatings throughout their knitting and dyeing facility to ensure maximum protection against fire hazards.

The project focused on applying specialized cementitious fireproofing to all critical steel structures including support beams, columns, and truss systems across production floors and utility areas. Our fireproofing system provides up to 3 hours of fire resistance, helping the facility meet stringent safety requirements from international buyers and regulatory authorities.

Our work at AKH Knitting & Dyeing addressed specific challenges in textile processing environments, including protection of areas with elevated temperatures, chemical processing zones, and steam-generating equipment.
