Nazbel Fireproofing has completed an extensive cementitious fire coating project for 4A Yarn Dyeing Ltd of Team Group, covering 75,273 sqft of structural elements. Our specialized team applied high-performance cementitious fireproofing throughout their yarn dyeing facility to achieve optimal fire resistance ratings.

The project focused on protecting critical production machinery and steel structural components with fire-resistant cementitious coatings designed specifically for industrial environments. Our application provides up to 180 minutes of fire protection, meeting stringent safety standards required in textile processing facilities.

Our work at 4A Yarn Dyeing included comprehensive treatment of support columns, beams, and ceiling structures in high-risk areas such as dye processing zones, chemical storage areas, and machinery rooms. The cementitious coating system was selected for its durability in humid conditions typical in yarn dyeing operations.
